As the CEO and co-founder of NeuroField, Inc., the company that developed our Neurofeedback equipment (insert link to “Equipment” page), Dr. Nicholas Dogris is a Licensed Psychologist, specializing in Health Psychology, Forensic Evaluator, and certified QEEG Diplomate. He is also certified in Neurofeedback by BCIA (Biofeedback Certification International Alliance), and trained in assessment, diagnosis and psychological treatment, Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS), hypnosis and EMDR.

Dr. Peter DeShane is a Licensed Chiropractor with an advanced certification in hypnosis, and certification in NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) and cranio-sacral therapy. He was also named Gold Medalist in the physiology-psychology program at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada, the same city where he currently runs his own practice.
Dr. DeShane utilizes a wide range of compounds from basic building blocks (vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids) to advanced nootropics (brain enhancing molecules) to help the brain heal and achieve its optimal performance.

Lauren Haggerty is a Board Certified Neurofeedback Clinician that is located in Rehoboth Beach, Deleware. Lauren and Michelle became conference "wives" in 2015 when they met at a Neurofield Advanced Training. Since then Lauren and Michelle continue to attend conferences together and consult regularly on cases. Lauren is on her way to becoming certified in QEEG and focuses on Tramatic Brain Injuries. Lauren's Physical Therapy background allows her to bring her knowledge of the body and how our bodies physical health can impact our mental health.

Dr. Renee Brush is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an office at our site. She received her Doctorate in Developmental Psychology and attended Postdoctoral Clinical Psychology Respecialization Program with a specialization in Forensic Assessment. Dr. Brush not only provides counseling services, but she also conducts/facilitates psychological, diagnostic, and psychoeducational testing and assessments.
Renee Brush, PhD
With her practice also at our office location, Dr. Crystal Crosby is the owner/founder of Sandcastle Kids Counseling. She recently received her PhD in International Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and specializes in trauma therapy and children/adolescent therapy.
