I am a trauma-focused Resident in Counseling in Virginia with a deep dedication to supporting individuals through complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, and attachment wounds. My work is shaped by 35 years of experience as a coach and mentor, as well as my life as a Military Spouse and Mom.
